How we can work together
As well as talking and exploring how you're feeling, there are several other tools and techniques that we can use, including:
• Relaxation exercises
• Breathing exercises
• Meditation exercises
• Guided Visualization exercises
• Working artistically (drawing, making models, painting, collage)
• Working creatively (using stones and pebbles, small items/ornaments)
Some clients find these tools and techniques useful to access feelings and thoughts that talking doesn't reach. These methods can be used in Zoom sessions and on the telephone too.
However, there is no pressure to use them. It is up to each client to choose and decide.
